New artifact questions?

anybody know what the 3 new artifacts are?   I've seen the one that increases trade by miniaturizing trade goods but i'm wondering what the others were.

I found the bio computer that increases tax income by 10% and increases population groth by 20%.

I just found one in my current game:

Ion Field Generator which reduces bombing damage taken my 20%

Interesting how there is one item that augments a factions natural strengths.  Advent can get manifest dominion for even more cultural control.  Tec can use the miniaturized cargo to beef up their already crazy economy.  Vasari get the bio computer which would stack with their increased population growth.
