It is my pleasure as a new senator of the MWC to congratulate all good peeople of fertile lands with incredible success that our empire achieved in the recent past.

We are not the fastest growing empire but the quickest to rise in ratings. Opportunities are excellent for new (and seasoned) players to make their mark on the face of Metaverse.

We are not asking anyone to defect from other respected empires. We are asking people of midlands (of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, Japan, all islands) to join MWC. If desire to help a real and noble cause will regretfully make you leave existing empire so be it. Be strong in your true aligence.

We defeated G.R.O.S.S, others are shaking seeing MWC make it's way up.

Celebrate if you are an MWC member. Join us and we shall go together to the glorious future of the Mid Western Confederation.

Surther, with all jest aside... would you like to join the Jedi Republic? Things seem dead around these parts (well except for all the Jedi and the Hobbits). Seems to be dead all over the Metaverse. We are looking for people who are active in the forum and we would be happy to have you along. You would be offered a place on the Council if you were to accept.

Things have been dead on this string, but we still have some loyal MWCers submitting scores. I can't give up on the corn fields. I do greatly appreciate the offer. It is my hope that things will pick up for everyone once the expansion comres out. If not then well we will cross that bridge ...

Ah, Roanoke, I drive straight through there every time. The problem with taking US11 or the Blue Ridge Pkwy is that it would make the trip even longer for me.

Certainly the Blue Ridge Pkwy is not meant for efficient travel! Right now, large portions of it are closed, because there is no snow removal for the Parkway. It should re-open in a few weeks when things melt... :(

In the meantime I have to beat the war drums so we can catch back up to you guys. I have been playing a small maso these last couple of days that has not been going well. Maybe time to restart. Or I could go for the purple heart and submit some losing scores. Does your overall score actually go down when you submit a losing score??

With the beta version of Altarian Prophecy, there is now a new level Obscene/Suicidal. How will this effect the statbot?

The slump may be coming to an end. With a new wave of submissions a good group of loyal MWCers have returned to their second love (their computers) and begun playing good old Galciv again. :)

Hi surther my question regarding the statbot is that i've submiteed 2 games at suicidal to the metaverse, but thet statbot doesn't recognise them in the calcs for av difficulty

I am sure they will have the difficulties applied to the game in the final version. Some of my first Galciv submisions still do not list the difficulty because it had not been applied back then either.
