Planet govenor order build queue bug ?

Cannot alter the order of the list.  Reverts back to the order it was clicked in.

e.g. click - moral, factory, econ. Will build econ, factory, moral

but you want - factory, moral ,econ.  Built in that order.

Altering the order doesn't work.

You have to click - econ, moral, factory.

Does that make sense  or am I confused (probably) ?

Also , I had hoped you would be able to select the govenor build from the colony screen.

Just downloaded, installed, and ran:  No labels on any buttons.  Opening screen has the 3d buttons with no text.  Entering a new game gives me no text on any button.  I can proceed from memory, but it's a bit difficult.

If you've got no text on a re/install, reboot your computer and it should be back.

As for that spy thing...I was worried about that upon seeing the screen shots they had.  They may be a feature to permantly place a spy and he keeps on feedin you info of that level.  I'll play TONS with that this weekend.

*edit*

/sigh, I had the thread open for a bit and Kyro beat me to the restart answer to the text issue.

BUG: With random opponents I've been having one of my opponents come up as "Custom Civ" with the same color as mine fairly frequently. My solution for the moment has to just not play with random races.

pretty sure you have to delete your other custom races to prevent them from coming up at random.

Yep, Random Races will pop up any custom civs you've made.  Now, being MY custom race at the same time? Hmmm. That I haven't seen, but I've heard AARs where a slight change to the Terrans has made two Terran races (who then went to war.)

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa

There is a 1.99?

On Impulse? I dont have that yet. Where can I get it?

As was said in reply #1, when using the planetary governor you have to click what you want to build in reverse order. Tha governor flips the que list and reordering them won't stick. Otherwise no issues so far, no missing text on mine, but the OP didn't say if it was only one planet or all, as I may have just not gotten that planet if it is just one.

"Number of extreme planets" and "likelihood of random events" graphics are the same as "number of minor races".

Medium Scale Building description (in the "tech perfected" screen) has a rogue "a" in between sentences, on its very own line.

Metal Swarm,

...about that inability to 'remove' any Race-wide spy slots (from 1st to 4th levels, in fact).

I guess it makes sense to keep them always active or indicated as having been used up for good reasons; the spying_points expense(s) has to be accounted for, the info gathered should not be free or 'continual', the strategic choices made must somehow matter within the entire gameplay 'processing' of espionage activities.

It's not that the old principles (nullify any number of tiles toggling) don't work anymore in such a new system, it's that the logic is more accurate and we get to track any of these assets upon defining what we want to detect as informations about targeted opponents.

I have to agree this is more important.. WHERE DO I GET IT!!!

I had to uninstall/reinstall my twilight to get the update...

For any of my commentary on 2.0's espionage or it in general, I'll be keeping this post updated: Espionage Intel Levels

I have some information on it over there...will get some more (primarily, what the F happens to your passive spies if the race you were spying on is destroyed?) later today....I need sleep.

Go to the planet in question, select details, select govenor. A drop down list will appear.

Request; can we have the "Govenor build list" selectable from the colony screen please.

Ref #1 - Blank text now showing. Preformed custom civs might need to be redone to avoid this error.

Ctrl + P on a planet also brings up this screen, or a miniature version of it.

(Which also means they wound up breaking a cheat in cheat mode.)

However, yes, it should definitely be easier to get to than that.

Playing around with beta and seem to have a problem with the planet governor screen. I create a governor and then select an improvement from the "available improvements" section but can't seem to move it into the build queue. I press on the arrows next to the available improvements section and nothing happens. Also, when you click on that little "i" in the cirlce that is located at the bottom right of every available improvement, is something supposed to pop up cause when I click on that I get nothing.

When I go from an already in progress game back to the main menu the ship designer button is greyed out and unavailable.

In the "let's take 2.0 for a spin" post boogie mentioned the inclusion of the arnorian ship style. Is that not included in the beta? If it's supposed to be then I don't see the options to use them anywhere. If they're not meant to be included in the beta then ignore what I just said :)

I hadn't tried to use the arrows, but doubleclicking the improvements sent them over just fine for me. You might give that a shot.

Yes dethadder that works, forgive me I'm a moron :(

Only other problem I have seen is in the new shipyard on main screen (THANK YOU FOR THIS FEATURE! ) is all components are unlocked except for miniaturization. IF there could be a slider to set miniaturization that would be great.
