Artifacts

Need advice

For some reason, whenever I finish a game and check all the results, there is always a blank space under the field of "Artifact Research." I have played many games but have not been able to change this. What is Artifactresearch and how do you perform it? Please advise.

You actually have to find them with the planetary exploration upgrades.

In one game, I found all the artifacts yet nothing was displayed in the final results. I even received the achievement yet still nothing...

did you find them after you have won the game? the record and the achievement must be done while in game...

I think its a leftover from the OLD vanilla beta where you had to research artifacts after you found them before you got any bonus's out of them.

Had the nifty effect of making so that you always had the bonus's of them after you researched them even if you lost the planet the artifact was on though :)
