Heres a trick, When making a custom map, use the preview option on the map. Occasionally it will allow you to play the map with everything visible to you. If you see an arrow on the bottom of a planet that means theres an artifact there.

Recently colonized a world only to forget I had left my Novalith cannon in the other star system on auto fire.

Had the last AI on thier last world with no ships bombing them. I then donated 10,000 credits to them. The AI response? "Thank you, is there more where that came from?"

large-single system 8 players:

i controlled over 75% of the map, 1 ai and 1 active guy stil fighting,
when suddenly AI responded that my economy was to sucky and he didnt want a trade alliance with me

"censored"

after that i happely made a draw with the other guy :CONGRAT:

4v4 , ally quits game but I didnt notice....

I then spent half the entire game ranting at the AI to move his arse. I even called him a coward , which is ironic.

They only say that if your alliance has dropped below 25%, either:

A) You attacked them and they got unhappy with you.

B) They gave you a mission and you didnt do it.
