This is excellent news. My new XPS M1730 is beating all expectations and is arriving on June 19th. I'll probably posting from their in futre articles.

I have one. Its great.

2.8Ghz X7900 Extreme processor. 3 months in and i'm loving it.

It's still hideous. :p I never liked the design of the 1730.

I run an older XPS Gen 2 from 3 years ago. It does its job well. However, in a year or three when multicore GPU's increase availability in notebooks, I plan to upgrade.
