Ships that "Capture?"

So far I have only noticed one ship that can capture the random extractors that you find in plasma storms, asteroid belts, etc. That ship is the Jikara Navigator, scout ship of the Vasari. Are there any others that can capture? I mean I've had the game for a while and i don't think I've seen any.

The colony frigate for the TEC and Advent also have that ability. It works identically, despite the fact that it's on a different ship type.

Odd, I didn't think it would seeing as the Jikara NAvigator has it's own command button for it. Oh well, it works. Thx.

Vasari "specialize" in resources compared to the other races so their cheapest ship gets the ability to grab free resource nodes.

I must say that I do find it a little incredulous that the Vasari Scout and the colonizers can capture neutral extractors but that capital ships (or at least motherships) can't.
