Ordering a game with a Visa Creditcard giftcard.

Okay hi. A week ago I tried to order Twilight of the Arnor with a VISA creditcard giftcard, but it declined me for not having the right name. I figured out they changed how the cards work, and after waiting a week to get my money back, I'm ready to try again. When it tells you "Cardholder Name; As printed exactly on Credit Card", do I type GIFT CARD RECIPIENT as it says ON the card, or the name I registered the card under? I'm guessing the second one, but I don't wanna risk it, and wait another WEEK to try again. I sent support an email Friday, but still haven't got an answer, so I came here. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Sometimes there is confusion with pre-paid gift cards like these because of our verification measures. We verify that the billing information you enter for your order matches what the credit card company has on file for you, so with a pre-paid card, there is no information to reference.

What I would suggest is registering this gift card on Visa's website so that your information is in their system, so our billing site can verify this. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion using your card on our webstore. If you have any further questions, please contact us at [email protected].

Thanks,
Jenny
