Database of all the ship upgrades?

Is there a database or whatever that lists all the (capital) ship upgrades, with the in-game description and a list of all the affected variables at each level of the ability?

It's not complete, but you could try the SoaSE Wiki. If you click on a capital ship, there are links to all of its abilities, and most of them have all ranks listed like:

Damage: 500 -> 650 -> 800

Both of those look great... Your Clan ones looks nicer, and has everything much more neatly on one page for each Cap ship, Spartan, including a nice little table for the three Ability ranks.

I've been taking screencaps of every Cap ships' progression through the ranks of all abilities ... anybody want it? It's just a jumbled pile of screencaps ATM; I don't have the time to do anything more right now.
