SDC: Only 1 download option for Gal Civ?

Since when did they take off the different d/l options for GalCiv?
Used to be able to d/l the multimedia pack etc. seperately..... What happened?

I got that in the past few days and posted an email to support yesterday as it might be a fault. Problem is, like you, I don't know if its deliberate or broken.
Can't expect any response from Stardock Support yet so I am just waiting and watching for now.

Hey, that's interesting. Didn't notice it until now. I updated all the separate components last night, so maybe a recent change/bug?

Just click once on the GalCiv entry and it expands and you'll see all the components. I believe it changed to this with the last SDC update a couple days ago.

Trying to get a grip on changes to stardock/galciv can be like nailing jelly/jello to a wall with a six inch nail.

After reading your post I had a poke around - there is actually a history option under stardock help but its too high level. Do you know somewhere where changes are spelt out in simple language for idiots like me.

Don't know about a list of changes to SDC. I just noticed it this weekend and I instinctively clicked on it as I would a folder in Windows Explorer and low and behold there were the sub-components. ;) Kinda makes sense actually. But then I'm a computer geek so the first thing I always do is just click on stuff and check menus just to see what's up.
