Orbital Biosphere

I don't seem to see new subjects from me being created, but there is a problem with this improvement. It won't build because the Social Queue thinks it's an Orbital Hospital.

Hmm...not finding it in the library. It is a mod, right?

If it's a mod, the best thing to do would be either delete it or change the file to fix the info.

It WAS a mod in the Library but was removed.

The easy fix is to edit it with notepad, and change the title of it from OrbitalHospital to OrbitalBiosphere.

Easy fix. I won't comment on whether the author even tried it out first :).
