Feature Request: Enhanced economics screen

Hi.

I would like an enhancement of the economics screen including a breakdown of tributes per race and time remaining. In my games I receive a lot of tribute from different races and for varying lengths of time. It would be nice if the economics screen showed what races are paying you tribute and how long time is remaning untill payments stop. That way you can plan ahead and not suddenly find yourself losing money because you overlooked that a large payment has stopped. Hope to see this in the game.

We'll also need a breakdown by time of leases costs, nowhere you can see if the X BC/turn lease costs are still for 2 turns or 150 !
Some kind of a "banking spreadsheet" indicating future gains/costs by turns will do fine, even if it rebutts some ;)

Yeah, pdifolco. I like the spreadsheet idea. If it can be incorporated into the GalCiv UI (and graphical model) it would be a great addition to the game.

Yes! Also, how about smoothing out income/expense summary at top of planet summary by NOT counting 1 time deals. My income was listed as $2,000 on month b/c of a 1 time trade! :) I mean I could go to the domestic page, but who wants to... :)

Having the tributes split up would be great! You have no idea the number of time i forget that my leases ran out, and im loosing 100's every turn :P

It could be done in the same way it's done on the stats tab. There you have four tabs that open in the same window. So the core elements (graphically) are already there in the game. It's just a matter of incorparating them into the economics tab. Really!!! would be a useful addition to the game.

I second the request
But I really hope the information is there. Because when I squeeze out lots of money for a long time from a civ and attack them the next turn again, they just keep on paying. I would expect that they would stop paying, as it was with Civ. Now it seems that the galactic bank handles all transfers.

Yeah, Tventano. I have seen something like this too. In one game, I was paying tribute to a minor civ (and receiving more than double back ;) ). I then assimilated said minor civ, but the payments continued. Maybe a bug here??
