Astorax, that is great! I am glad that you are enjoying the game. Remember if you have any questions about strategy or why the AI does what it does just post your questions and someone will tackle it right away. :)

My first submission was a 5,820 mpts, at easy level, small , Military Conquest; Pure Good.

This is the time to look for an empire to join ;)

Check the empire forum (button on the left) and the Metaverse (on top). You can find many interesting empires there. Check out the empire home pages, too. Some of them are very well done.

Personally I joined The Jedi Republic some days ago.

Not everyone wants to join an empire right away; of course take your time Astorax. I joined the Jedi Republic when I first had galciv prettymuch but; after a while i figured out i couldnt submitt to the meta; then now I can. So I left the JR to create my own empire for a few months no one joined; so I decided to join Starfleet instead of just being a one man army; besides It made a few people happy I'm sure of that

Yes you can leave your empire whenever you want and you can join another empire whenever you want. Most empires are open.
