AI - Sight?

One thing I noticed that hopefully will be fixed in 1.03 and would like to bring it to everyones attention.

As everyone knows, if the AI has a fleet parked adjacent to one of your systems and you jump in with your fleet from your system the AI will launch his own fleet from the system you just entered to attack your planet you just left.

Ok, now if you think about it, how does the AI know that the system you just left is now underguarded? It has zero recone of the planet or updated info. That means, the AI can "See" the status of all planets adjacent to him and usually attack the weakest one. I noticed this alot of times when he does strike raids. He always attacks the weakest ones, or at least the ones in which my fleet is not in it.

This is fine for me "IF" the AI had adequate reconn info to support the attack on a system, but it appears he can see past the Fog of War were as, we can not.

Thoughts?

Well advent can view other planets a distance from their system with one of the cap ships. And im always getting scout ships passing through my planets so they can see that way. Plus with the right research you can see ships making a jump.
