perhaps a microsoft reader or PDF (that works on pda)

If you downloaded the game you should have the manual in pdf form in your Sins folder. I dont know about the DVD install, however.

I'd try to copy the text into a .rtf (or .doc if you're using M$ Office) and convert it into an ebook. You could use the ebook creation plugin for M$ Word to create an ebook for the M$ Reader or the free Mobipocket Creator for the Mobipocket Reader (which I'd prefer) from that file. But it's clearly a do-it-yourself thing.

thanks Mors, thats more like it.....
but I was after a free ride from omebody who has done the work

much easier to read on pda than print out
