manual for download version ?

Howdy,

Great game so far ! I live in Europe and bought the download from Stardock but can't find the manual. I've figured out a good chunk of the gameplay but there are a lot of details and subtleties that escape me. Anyone know where I can download the manual ?

It resides in the folder that the game is installed to.

There's a pdf in your SOASE install folder...

There's a PDF of the manual in the program folder where sins was installed. For me it's in Program Files\Stardock\TotalGaming\Sins of a Solar Empire. You could also just search for a 30.5 MB PDF called "Manual". They should really put a shortcut to it in the start menu folder.

Thanks for the replies, gents. Ya, I agree, there should really be a Start menu shortcut... Shouldn't have to hunt through files for something so important.

It should also be available for download for users on the update site, just so people who have bought the game could access the file when not at home, like I would like to do right now at work, but can't.

There is (certainly from the DVD install, at least, but I expect the SDC install should too).

No manual in the start menu for me, but to be fair I would think it would be pretty common sense to dig around in the install folder.
