If I buy the game off this website, how is that handled?

I very much enjoy Steam, which is a digital distribution system that is linked to an account. On steam, if I uninstall or delete a game, I can always download it again for no cost. Does Sins of a Solar Empire have a similar set up? What if I download the game, and uninstall it? Is there a limit to how many times I can download the game once I buy it online?

It does, in fact we were doing this before Steam was created.

You will need to download/install the game using Stardock Central. You can download it as many times as you need, forever.
