I preordered sins a ways back. I believe I specified that I would like a hardcopy of the game as well. Will they be mailing this to me directly and when can I expect to receive it? Who do I contact if, god forbid, It gets lost in the mail?

You did preorder the DVD according to your account, so you can expect that to arrive. It will probably take around a few days. Just being shipped standard ground shipping afaik.

If you don't get it by Friday, you may want to contact [email protected]. They can assist with any inquiries regarding transactions, shipments, etc.

Your box will be mailed to the address you gave at checkout. AFAIK they'll be going out this coming week via USPS.

I'm not sure of the exact shipping speed we'll be using but in the event that the package doesn't show up you'd want to contact [email protected].
