Back End Splits...catch and return.

Just as a note....
This is a back end splits. Back end meaning that I have to pop into the trick on the back end of the swing and it's harder than it looks. I've been trying to catch my return for MONTHS.....and I am a dork....you just have to watch and see!



I wasn't ready to catch the bar....and I kicked the bar on the very next trick...ouch!

What gave you the idea to do trapeze stuff anyway? Fulfilling the childhood dream of running away to join the circus?

Aerial Silks is static (not swinging...see! Not "fly by night"!) movement while suspended by a silk rope. (no rope burn w/silk)
