Bug with SDCentral and Sins of a solar empire sig.bin location

When I install sins of a solar empire and activate it, right clicking it in SDCentral still gives the activation option. But if I copy the sig bin file from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\License to the installation directory, the activation option dissapears. So SDCentral looks at the wrong place for the Sins of a Solar Empire sig.bin file for determening wether the activation option in the right click menu appears.
Can this be fixed in a future SDCentral build?
