I see a charge on my bank acocunt, invoice says NO charge...?

What is up with that? Not a big deal but the receipt says "no charge is been placed on your card at this time" or something to that effect. So I check my bank account webpage and sure enough there is a charge for $44 and some cents. I know when you do stuff with a credit card they send a "test" transaction to see if its a good card, but usually that is only for $1 dollar, not the full price? What gives??

If this was a preorder, then yes, it's just a temporary credit hold. It should be released within 24-48 hours.
