How do I cancel my pre-order?

Anyone know how to cancel my pre-order? I emailed [email protected], but got no response.

I'm not trying to make a statement or anything, the beta's been fun, but I had expected my credit card to be billed when the game came out, as opposed to when the beta launched. Short on cash at the moment you know.

When did you mail them? Make sure you give them a chance to read and respond to your request.

Also, the Beta's been out for awhile now. We don't typically refund pre-orders that have been charged, especially not this late in the process...

To me this sounds like a way to play for free, and get the money back lol

I'd like to get my pre-order cancelled as well so that I can go through TGN and get into the beta immediately. (It hasn't been charged yet.)

Like the OP I've sent an email to [email protected], but no response as of yet (it's been a few days now.)

Should I create a new thread for this? Or maybe PM someone directly?

Hi Earth Dragon - You can try emailing Sales again (I know they're backlogged by a few days right now), but you should also check your Junk Mail folder to see if any replies ended up in there.

I don't like seeing the word canceled associated in any way with this game... lets say it was REFUNDED as it sounds better
