The emails all went out several hours ago. Please check your Junk Mail folder, as the message could have been listed as spam by accident. If it's still not showing up, you can request your serial number by putting your email address in this form:

Failing that, please email [email protected] and they'll get you sorted out tomorrow.

I for one never got an E-Mail from Stardock. Not even in GMail's spam folder. But I requested one through the TotalGaming.net client, and that fired off one with all my serial keys, including one for SoaSE. (Use the "Lookup Serial Number" from the registration page within TG.net)

I did not receive a email either. The strange thing is that when I request the serial list from support. Sin is not listed but I have my order confirmation email. Will the serial from that work?

Confirmation numbers won't work. Please email your confirmation information and other info to [email protected]. They'll be able to look up what happened. It sounds like your preorders may not have gone through.

How long did it take for you to get the response back? I sent them a copy of the confirmation email this morning (about 6 hours ago) and have not heard back yet.
