So to keep Stardock happy, I have created this thread to "promise" not to have ANY fun while testing out BETA1. Everyone who is going to be testing should post here promising the same.

**Its almost 6am (est) and I am tired and bored, and there is no one on to chat with.**

hey kai allard... i love the name, and the pic is amusing, but WHY for the love of all things cheesy do you have a picture of a Klingon and the Signature name of a Mechwarrior???

P.S. - I promise to try and see if not having fun is a possibility in the beta.

Well my nick goes back a looooooong way to my active battletech times (tabletop, not comp-games).
As this is more a sf-strategy board (as in comp.sys.ibm.pc.games.strategic) than a btech board (as in rec.games.mecha), I thought something more recognizable to the masses as picture to be more appropriate. You do have apoint, however. Perhaps time to search the net? Ah no, too much hassle   At least both are true warriors.

PS: Yes, this is kind of a shameless advertisement for the obove mentioned newsgroups, even if the mecha one is pretty quiet now.

The SD upload for the avatar is annoying. I have been trying to get a good umbrella pick as my avatar for quite a while now.

If it isnt large enough then somehow it isnt .jpg. If its too large that after I resize it it isnt .jpg anymore.

YES i actually get to say what i want withough being criticized.
beta 1 is gonna suck balls. PERIOD. its gonna be a waiste of money and everyone will be dissapointed. its gonna feel like a game made by a 2 year old and i wouldnt be surprized if it was. YOU are all fools for falling into the stardock money trap called "preorder beta" Losers..

All statements above have been made by my sister. so please do not be offened by any of these statements because she couldnt even beat the first level in black and white 2. (if anyone hasnt played this game its basically a game made for monkeys, absolutly retarted and easy beyond beleif)
