'Hell on Earth' Discovered at a K-mart

You know, I hate that kind of stuff. (I keep meaning to write about this.)

When I was a kid we had something called... imagination!

I don't know how kids today know how to pee without a motion activated recording of mommy saying "Does wittle baby-wabie have to make potsie-wotsie?" sounding off every time they pass through the bathroom door.

And what I really hate is that most of these products are advertised as stimulating a child's imagination! Just the opposite, I'd say.

Exactly. When I was a kid I was outside CONSTANTLY fighting Nazi or playing cowboys and indians or playing HORSE with a couple of friends with an old hoop without a net behind the Baptist church. But now, kids have to have someone else do their imagining for them, like...video games or the goal thingy you posted here.

It is an irony. Kids are enjoying the basketball game, while being subject to inane and irritating commentary.

On a serious note, I can't stand to listn to Dick Vitale. Whenever I'm watching a game with he's commentating I usually watch with the volume off.
