Can different people create their profiles using the game on the same computer?

OK, this may sound stupid, but it's important to me. I bought this game for my wife as a Valentine's Day gift (somewhat belated, not my fault). Now, I love RPGs, she likes logical puzzles. The only games we both enjoyed in the past were "Civilization"-like games. Our styles of play differ, she likes diplomacy/culture, I prefer domineering. Now, is it possible that using our game from one computer that we have, we can create two independent Metaverse personalities?

Goddess man you have it good. A wife who shares a love of good PC games. I can't get mine to play the PC except for Spider Solitare...she prefers our Gamecube.

I got my girlfriend to play The Corporate Machine a couple times, but she was less interested in winning and more interested in improving her product and getting lots of profit, never mind the opponent. Weird. Same idea of the person who tries to play Simcity in Warcraft 3. Actually, she played Simcity and 1602 as well, and had fun (which is the point of those games) In GalCiv, if she played, my prediction is she would build lots of colony ships and colonize lots of planets, get trade going, and as soon as she was attacked, would just quit. "I don't like this game." Heh. You're so lucky.

:) Thanks for the response and the comments! Ah well, I'm really lucky, I guess. It seems to me that girls have a talent for these games. I have a friend of mine who works as graphic designer, a job that heavily relies on computer usage. She also hates computer games. But then, when Civ2 came out, a couple of friends of mine got her interested, and in no time she was creaming us in LAN games! We felt relief when (after conquering the whole world) she decided to withdraw from further games as the ultimate, uncontested champ.
