SEV is the biggest departure yet - there is a new 3D interface - it's no longer 2D.

Much of the things I like about GalCiv2 where in SEIV long beforehand - and the new planet atmosphere thing that's comming in the GalCiv expansion pack is a core feature of SEIV.

I'm downloading the demo now (its large so will take a while).
