Celebrities (and normal folks) I get mixed up

Billy Idol & David Bowie. Their 80's personas. Must be the blonde hair. It takes me a fraction of a second, but I eventually straighten them out.

Billy Idol & Billy Joel. The names are similar. But I can keep their faces straight.

Bernadette Peters & Madeline Kahn. I swear they're interchangable.

foreverserenity & locamama. They seem similar to me...I need to read more of them to get the real jist of their personality / writing differences.

Morgan Freeman & Denzel Washington. Fine actors. Must be that they're black...and both fine actors. It takes me a second, then I figure it out.

For that matter, Morgan Freeman & Morgan Fairchild. Before I put a name with the face of "Morgan Freeman," it sure sounded like a caucasian female name to me, hence I'd get it confused with Morgan Fairchild. Call me nuts, it's OK.

Which leads me to Morgan Fairchild & Farrah Fawcett & Goldie Hawn. I guess Morgan Fairchild might have been considered the classiest of the three, but they're all blonde 80's personas to me...never worried about keeping them straight.

I get a lot of people confused.

I ought to go think of something useful now...

Hehehe Angela, believe me, it made sense! And that's not because you mentioned me either!!

I get what you're saying though, totally! I do that too. Not so much anymore, but there are still some people, especially celebrities who confuses me because of their similarities!

I really enjoy your blogs.  I know exactly what you mean, I am hopeless with names, people who I know usually have to describe who they are talking about, tell me who they are married to, and give me a mini history of what they have done, before I have a clue!  To be fair I am a little daft though!

hee hee. HW and I have a game. When I can't remember a name, I say, "you know, the guy who was in the movie with the girl who had a tv show with that guy who was on the movie and died at the end."

Amazingly enough, he can usually figure it out!
