Insomnia, Part Ahkem Ahkem Duece!

... no brain cells comprehende senor?!

I woke up this morning at 4 am, after going to bed at 3:30. I woke up WIDE awake. I layed in bed until 8am trying to get myself to go back to sleep and then gave up.

And here I am, almost 2 am, WIDE awake.. yet in a state that I know too well. I'm hitting a "Pothole in the boulevard of common sleeping habits". The little skip where my body says "Sleep?? SLEEP IS FOR THE WEAK!!", and that it steadfastly refuses to allow me to sleep.

So now I sit here, listening to some Faith No More ('The gentle Art of Making Enemies' for those who might care) and wondering what utter waste of data I can put onto the Joeuser database. This... is my conclusion to that question. It lacks anything of an amazing impression doesn't it?

Aha! I know what I can do... this will give people a good laugh!!



Isn't that a pretty site? It's me from uhhh... 2-3 years ago.. I look nothing like that now... well cept that I do look like that, just skinnier and with a different hair style....

lets see, what else do I have....




Just what I feel like doing right now!

Have you started taking any new meds. of late. Some can cause insomnia.

Nope, no meds at all Only had some coffee yesterday, but not too much... =/

Yikes. Insomnia sucks. Benadryl (he he he I'm always pushing benadryl on people) really helps me sleep. I also had Ambien for a while (perscription) but it's not something that can be taken long term. I don't know if you see a doctor (some guys refuse, lol), but you could ask for some Ambien . . . you could get at least a couple of weeks of rest with that.

Nice pic . . . now I have a face to go with the name. You look different than I had pictured you (everyone does, ha ha ha). Thanks for sharing that.

Ack, no Benadryl!! It's funny, but I'm allergic to it!!! hehe

I'd see a Doc, but no Insurance or money for it really... and normally with my insomnia bouts after about 70 hours I can pass out... lol... I'm only at about 48 now so not too long now!! hehe
