As I wrote in the title, when I am focused on a monitor other than the primary and I want to open an app from the start menu, I instictively hit the win key, but the start menu opens at the primary monitor. I have to focus back at the primary monitor, or click with the mouse on the start button. Coming from explorer patcher I was used to this function and it helps productivity. I know that it is not a windows feature, but it was very helpful and intuitive.
