Well, in general it does not work in the original manner of moving windows on top of windows. However, if one gets a window with the Groupy bar on, then one can use the three dot menu to get applications in the group. MS Word in general never displays the Groupy bar when Groupy is on and the same is true for Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Adobe Acrobat and various others. However, as I said before, one can create a group if a single application generates a Groupy bar. Consistently, only the File Explorer displays the Groupy bar when Groupy is on!
