Look I am not trying to start an argument, all I am trying to do is get support for a game.
All I know is the customer who makes the mistake (which I will not make again) of purchasing a first run game via GOG is caught in the middle. I have contacted GOG via email, via forum posts, via support tickets and have yet to get any response. I have even requested a full refund due to this issue.
In the future I will stick with Steam.
