Why is the tech requirement for the Prototype Durantium Driver now in Pulse Cannons? By the time I get there, it is basically a useless tech. didn't it used to be available under Kinetic weapons?

The devs keep making these seemingly arbitrary rule changes w/o telling anybody. Presumably some griefer has figured out an exploit or balance issue and made life difficult for the rest of us.
