Hi - on Crusade, anyone else finding (or not as is it case) that there are no Minor Civs showing up?
I've set a game to have Abundant minor civs, but having explored over 100systems there are none to be found.
Whats going on?
I have plenty in my games.
They are not full-fledged civs anymore. They show up as a logo on a planet and nothing more.
Did you turn Minors off in the galaxy settings? I have them in my current game, although as was stated above, the only thing you can do with them now is send a freighter to establish a trade route or invade them.
I play always with rare minors, but since Crusade I didn't find any yet. In my pre-Crusade games I had no problem finding them on rare.
