Can't load my game after 2 play sessions

I played a couple of (long) sessions of SK with the Rivals expansion, playing as the Frozen Realm.

Just sat down to play tonight, and I'm getting "Unable to load gamesave because it is not compatible with the current version".

PLEASE don't tell me I have to start all over again...
