Anyone making IconPackager packages: Be sure to use the "Zip Package..." option for teh best, easiest application by a user. The result will be a single file called [ICON_NAME].ip that is very easy to apply.
I am using Windows 8 blind but have the taskbar hid just because I don't need it for this setup.
