There's a period at first where you cannot build another Prometheus at your Dread Launch, and I'm not finding at resources to explain why.
What more do you need than a Dread Launch to build a Prometheus? I'm wondering if this is a bug.

If I am understanding correctly two possibilities come to mind.
1) Logistics. Did you have enough logistics to support the building of a dreadnought?
2) Radioactives. If you lost access to radioactives it would also not build.
Ah, so it won't even appear in the list of buildables in the Dread Launch unless the conditions to craft it immediately are present. That makes sense, thanks
