It is.  El Presidente said it's in the works on Steam a while back.

I'm too lazy to find the link, there's a recent thread here somewhere pointing to it, but I can't remember which one.  The owner of Stardock said they were working on it, so unless he was jerking our chains it's legit, but there's no official announcement by Ironclad or Stardock either one.

I've looked for way too long and can't find it, but I don't think you all would be trolling me, so will just accept that it's true.
