After casting it once a few battles ago, I noticed that no matter how many turns go by, Shadow Bolt doesn't come off cool down. I'm playing as the priestess. I tried passing a turn as well with my wizard but he can't seem to use it anymore.
If you have a save game where this is happening, please start a support ticket and include it.

Unfortunately I didn't keep the save. This is my first time reporting a bug. I'll play with her again as I did and see if I can replicate it.
