1.32 OPT IN Crash

This is my second game on 1.32 and I get to a point in each game (where my current save is) that the game just crashes for no reason, right now I am on turn 130 or something. Very annoying because this current game is going perfectly and the AI is being competent. However no matter what I do I can't get past this crash that always happens when I end my turn.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem. Can you download and run the tool below:

Then attach the .zip that's created and send it in with a ticket to support:

Its really difficult to to know what the issue is without the support tool ticket. I would also add your save file in case something is happening in the save brought up by some error in the game.

Yeah no problem, Go to:

https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Make an account if you haven't already then log in.

Then follow the steps at the above link. Eg: Games - SDGame_ > GalCiv III - SDGame, etc.

then it lets you type in what the issue is. run the support tool at

http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool.exe

then add that plus your save and anything else required in a zip and add that to it before you upload.
