Quest Open: Ceresa's Legacy: Declaration of War Bug

The faction Ceresa's Legacy declared war on me.  I defeated them but the quest "Ceresa's Legacy: Declaration of War" is still open.  Should it have closed?

Thanks for taking the time to report this! Could you possibly provide a save from that game with the quest still open?
