(1.1) Imperium "Master Craftsman" quest stuck

I'm trying to complete the "Master Craftsman" quest for the Imperium and I have the amulet (or ring?) of binding. However when I go to turn it in I can progress the dialog up to to the point where I ask what my reward is, and I get a snarky reply about their gratitude being enough. There is no conversation option here for me to select, so I become stuck and unable to exit the diplomacy screen.

I have the same bug but with the "Fire elementals" faction, can't remember the name.

I craft what they ask for, I go to the quest location where I need to hand it over, and I get stuck in the dialogue screen.

I've had the same problem with the wraithlike faction. (Cant remember their name right now).

Are these 1.01 save games on 1.1? If so then you'll just have to avoid those quests, I'm afraid

We tried to figure out a work around but, unfortunately, those quests (when started in a 1.01 game and continued in a 1.1 game) are going to be messed up.

I can go into the details if anyone cares, but for now the work around is either to start a fresh game or avoid completing those objectives sorry about that one.
