Expected improvement in Gameplay:

Less gotchas, game already knows your play-style

What the idea comes from:

I keep needing to to things every game, I wish I could do them once and know they are done by default.

How it would work:

There would be a panel in options menu where players would set their preferences and those would be loaded on game start, simplifying workflow.

Settings I could use:

• Auto supply on by default - let's face it. If I build a facility, I did so because it is profitable. I will handle turning it off, not on.
• Map zoomed out - First thing I need to do in a multiplayer game is to get the lay of the land.
• Build panel opened by default - yes, it gets in the way, but how else will I know if I just got enough cash to build that geothermal?
