I found a couple of bugs so far.
1) Enchanted Supplies does increase logistics by 3, as it says in the description. It increases it by 1. Repeatable. Confirmed.
2) Crafting mana potions - potions do not actually show but I notice it goes right to mana. You might want to change it to liquid mana or some such since I think it will confuse people who don't see a potion in their inventory.
