Added code so minor quest's origin x/y is set to their capital city x/y, rather than being left up to wherever the local player's sov happens to be standing at the time the quest is triggered. This allows created goodie huts and secondary quest locations that are spawned in a radius to be near the minor race's area, which is our intention.

Fixed bug with quests that give a specific recipe as a reward, that caused them to think they were also picked randomly. This caused them show up twice during the quest complete screen, once for specifically given recipes, and once for randomly picked recipes given.
