I have not seen this CTD listed anywhere. I have been working on my steam achievements and can reproduce a CTD every time by clicking main menu on the victory screen. All the tabs work in the screen but when you click main menu to start a new game a CTD without any error. Not much a pain cause the game is over and you only have to do one more click to start back up.
