Basically I want to know what difficulty setting the AI doesn't get artifiial bonuses or nerfs on. And also what difficulty the AI's "smarts" tops out at.
I tried searching and the only result I could found had someone asking the first question I have, then being told the AI wasn't fully implemented, which didn't actually answer the question posed, which was about bonuses (ie +20% income).
