scroll list for opponents needs to be done with mouse wheel. the scroll bar does not work.

custom race still starts with 3k.

tech screen still does not start with tree. could you add a check box in gameplay options and on the tech screen so the tree becomes the default.

govern colonies adjust production wheel and slider from that screen instead of having to go the colonies govern screen.

govern command ships add upgrade fleet to list so can upgrade a group of specific ships without doing all and ruining your economy.

govern add list of planets explored giving info about each one. from there one can filter available planets for colonization.
