Not sure if you did some sort of hotfix, but the disappearing logistics and production hasn't happened to me.
But I have noticed the following:
1) Spell research still stops and can't be resumed
2) Fertile tiles either disappear or never show up
3) Very few crafting supplies drop for me
4) Imperial quests not showing up most of the time. It shows me where the tower or whatever SHOULD be, but there's nothing there
