May not be a bug but if not it definitely needs balancing, like add spell case +1's to sov skill tree.
Currently the only way to add to the Tinker sovereign casting 1 spell is to craft the amulet of clairvoyance. have played 3 times and never found required diamonds to craft it.
EDIT.- just found the skill that allows Drogon to craft the diamonds, BUT it is at the end of a long tree branch. IMHO he need a way to be able to cast morn than one spell earlier.
